The International Blueberry Organization’s 2020 Summit joins the list of events rescheduled for 2021 because of the global pandemic.

The event was scheduled for Aug. 10-12 in Trujillo, Peru. It is now set for Aug. 22-25, 2021, at the same location.

“The decision to reschedule was made with careful consideration and following consultations with stakeholders and industry partners,” Roberto Vargas, president of the Peruvian Blueberry Growers’ Association, said in a news release. “We would like to thank everyone for their understanding and say that the Peruvian blueberry industry greatly looks forward to welcoming the global industry in 2021”.

Summit registrations, booths and sponsorships will carry over for the 2021 event.
