Yraceburu, president of Wonderful Orchards, has served as the vice chair of the board since 2023.

The company said the move is part of its effort to pursue long-term strategies and drive growth and transformation.

Current president and CEO Lee E. Cole will retire Dec. 8 and be succeeded by board member B. John Lindeman.

The company praised him as someone who can turn “ambitious technology into commercially successful global businesses.”
