Online retailer FreshDirect is promoting its lineup of premium stone fruit varieties from Family Tree Farms.

There should be plenty of California winter vegetables available this season, with generally strong markets for grower-shippers and reasonable prices for retailers and consumers.
California grape shipments were running ahead of the same time last year through late August, and market conditions were similar to a year ago.
