Pumpkins, chili peppers and apples held on to the top three spots on Produce Market Guide the week of Oct. 7, while avocados moved up three slots from the previous week to land at No. 4, and oranges gained one place to round out the top 5. 

The Produce Market Guide platform connects produce buyers and sellers. Below, find the top 20 searched commodities on Produce Market Guide during the week of Oct. 7.

Lettuce gained three spots, securing No. 7, while pomegranates moved up eight spaces to the No. 8 spot. Bananas also vaulted from No. 18 to No. 9, and potatoes moved up two spaces to round out the top 10. 

Watermelons, broccoli and manzano bananas all rejoined the top 20 last week, at No. 12, No. 17 and No. 19, respectively.
