Bolthouse Farms has found strong demand for its produce beverages that promote health since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

“Consumers are really wanting immunity products,” said Alan Hilowitz, director of communications for Bolthouse Farms, Bakersfield, Calif.

One of those immune-boosting beverages is Bolthouse Farms Carrot Ginger Turmeric juice, introduced last year. The beverage is described as a “higher functional carrot juice” that appeals to millennial consumers not currently in the category by adding trending functional ingredients.

In addition, Bolthouse Farms offers what it calls an “immunity suite” of products, consisting of five smoothies and juices that are available in single-serve 15.2-ounce bottles or 52-ounce family sizes.

The varieties include:

  • Carrot Ginger Tumeric
  • 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • Multi-V Goodness
  • C-Boost
  • Green Goodness

Another immunity-oriented line from Bolthouse Farms are Bolts, described as functional shots that come in five varieties, including Immunity, Digestion, Energy, Wellness and Metabolism.
