DeltaTrak is introducing two mini loggers that use the same cloud-based dashboard during the Produce Marketing Association’s Fresh Summit Oct. 19-20 in Orlando, Fla.

The FlashLink In-Transit Real-Time Mini Logger tracks location, temperature and humidity. Shipments can be tracked through the cloud-based ColdTrak 24/7 service.

The In-Transit mini logger comes in two models. The first model is designed for most domestic shipments with a 15-day logging duration and data uploaded every 10 minutes. The second model is for longer trips with a 60-day logging duration and data uploaded every 60 minutes, which makes it ideal for export shipments, according to a news release.

The FlashLink Reusable Real-Time Mini Data Logger keeps track of crops in the field and during truck cool down. In the field, the logger monitors crop temperature and sends alerts that allow users to protect crops from freeze damage. During truck cool down, the logger’s alarm limits can be set to a loading temperature, and an alert will be sent to the dock supervisor letting them know which trucks are ready.

“The FlashLink Real-Time Mini Loggers help our customers closely track temperature before it reaches a dangerous level,” Frederick Wu, president and CEO of DeltaTrak, said in the release.

DeltaTrak will also highlighted its new FlashTrak PreCool Prime system at Fresh Summit, PreCool Prime is an automated wireless solution that monitors and records temperature during pre-cooling, and alerts when correct internal produce temperature is reached, according to the release.

DeltaTrak has booth No. 1562 at Fresh Summit.
