Fox Packaging, McAllen, Texas, has promoted Lucas Fox to director of operations.

He will oversee production activity in all departments, including production, engineering and shipping and receiving, according to a news release. Fox joined the company in 2014 and was superintendent of maintenance until 2018, when he was named production manager, building a new department.

“This promotion recognizes his exceptional leadership ability and dedication to driving key strategies that will be reflected in the company’s growth,” President Keith Fox said in the release.

Lucas Fox has trained in other departments at the company, working with his father Keith Fox and grandfather Kenneth Fox, who founded Fox Packaging more than 50 years ago, according to the release.
