The National Mango Board is having a webinar about evolving mango strategy.

The webinar is at 3 p.m. Eastern June 30. Panelists will discuss the foodservice segment during the pandemic, food trends, culinary innovation (with a chef demo) and supply chain plans to help business growth, according to a news release.

Registration is online.

Presenters are:

Angela Serna, marketing manager of the National Mango Board;

Tim Beerup, produce supply chain consultant at Beerup Inc.;

Jason Hernandez, consultant at Blade & Tine Culinary Consulting; and

Mike Kostvo, trendologist at Datassential.
