Naturipe Farms, Salinas, has promoted Aribel Aguirre-Beck to chief administrative officer and Andrew Bruno to president of Naturipe Avocado Farms.

Aguirre-Beck, most recently chief financial officer, will retain those duties and titles, as well as those of chief administrative officer, according to a news release. She is one of Naturipe’s two original employees from more than 20 years ago and has more than 30 years of experience in the foods industry, working for firms in the fresh, processed and value-added industries.

She is an executive member of the Produce Marketing Association’s Center for Growing Talent’s board of directors.

Bruno joined Naturipe in November as chief revenue and finance officer. Before that, he was president of Westfalia Fruit’s USA division, a company he joined in October 2015 as vice president of finance and operations of the USA division.

Before that, Bruno had financial roles at several companies, including Best Buy, and was in business development at avocado grower-shipper Calavo Growers for four year.

He was instrumental in establishing the Colombian Avocado Board and was on the California Avocado Commission’s Marketing Committee.
