Potato and onion marketers say COVID-19 has forced them to alter plans in certain channels, but the pandemic hasn’t stopped them.

Organic onion and potato sales continue to trend upward, even during the COVID-19 pandemic — and, perhaps because of the pandemic, marketers say.

Santa Cruz, Calif.-based Awe Sum Organics will keep customers supplied with high-quality organic table grapes for loading on both coasts during the winter months, said David Posner, president and CEO.
