Green Giant Fresh is expanding its Veggie Bowl line with Southwest Tortilla and Korean BBQ.

Green Giant Fresh will be showcasing the Veggie Bowl line during the United Fresh Produce Association’s Convention & Expo June 11-12 in Chicago, at booth No. 5015, according to a news release.

The ingredients for the bowls are:

Korean BBQ: Cauliflower Crumbles chopped cauliflower, carrots, celery, onions, broccoli, crispy rice noodles and a sweet spicy Bulgogi (a Korean dish that means “fire heat”) sauce.

Southwest Tortilla: Cauliflower Crumbles, carrots, onions, seasoned tortilla chips, sharp white cheddar and a Chipotle chili sauce.

“We are constantly exploring ways to delight consumers with ways to incorporate vegetables into one’s day,” Jamie Strachan, Green Giant Fresh CEO, said in the release. “The Veggie Bowl concept is about providing a healthier take on traditionally calorie-heavy regional cuisine, and we are proud of the way we’ve brought to life these satisfying flavors for a smarter grab-and-go meal experience.”

Growers Express, Salinas, markets the Green Giant Fresh Veggie Bowls.
