Artichokes, apricots vault into PMG top 20

Strawberries retained the No. 1 spot on PMG the week of Feb. 1, but apples rose from No. 8 the previous week to take the No. 2 slot. Pummelos held on at No. 3, while oranges fell to No. 4, and lettuce slipped a place to No. 5.

Cucumbers maintained their No. 6 spot, and mandarins rejoined the list at No. 7. Mushrooms moved down a place to No. 8, and specialty manzano bananas gained five places to land at No. 9. Cabbage made a comeback at No. 10.

Jan. 18: Tropical fruits and staple favorites rejoin PMG top 20

Navel oranges moved up a spot to No. 11, and watermelon rose five places to reach No. 12. Avocados rejoined at No. 13, and broccoli fell to No. 14 from No. 9 the previous week. Chili peppers slipped two spots to No. 15.

Jan. 11: Garlic and grapes make a comeback in PMG top 20

Specialty burro bananas moved up three places to No. 16, and artichokes rejoined the list at No. 17. Apricots also rejoined, at No. 18, and lemons fell to No. 19 from No. 11 the week before. Mangoes reappeared to complete the top 20.
